Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Lokozh order. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 3 days of the delivery date shown on your order. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, where possible
  • Reported to us within the 3-day window above

For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

3. Return shipping cost

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a reliable courier and keeping your receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed.

4. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

5. How to request a return

  1. Call or message us with your order number (format: LKZ-XXXXXXXX)
  2. We'll confirm whether your item is eligible and explain next steps
  3. Ship the item back to us at your cost, or hand it to our courier if arranged
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange

6. Refunds

Since Lokozh orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued via mobile financial service (e.g. bKash/Nagad) or bank transfer, not to a card, since no card payment was taken. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
