These terms apply when you place an order on lokozh.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Lokozh

Lokozh (লোকজ) sells handmade baby katha (কাঁথা) and other baby essentials to customers across Bangladesh.

2. Placing an order

You can add items to your cart and check out using your name, phone number, delivery address, and district. Email is optional. The "Buy Now" button adds the item to your cart and takes you straight to checkout.

3. Order confirmation

All orders are confirmed by a phone call after you place them. We are not able to begin processing or shipping your order until it has been confirmed by phone. Please keep your phone reachable after ordering.

4. Payment

Lokozh currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No online payment is required or collected at checkout. You pay in cash when your order is delivered to you.

5. Shipping

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Shipping is ৳60 within Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. Shipping cost is calculated based on your selected district and may be updated from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

6. Order status

Your order will move through the following stages: pending, confirmed, shipped, delivered — or cancelled, if applicable. You can be informed of your order's status by contacting us with your order number.

8. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are confirmed by phone. Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Product accuracy

Since each katha is handmade, small natural variations in pattern, stitching, and color may occur between the product photo and the item you receive. This is part of the handmade nature of our products, not a defect.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
